SHIB pumps 30%
Shiba Inu had an incredible day yesterday, pumping over 30% within a span of 24 hours, as Tamadoge nears $4m raised in their presale.
SHIB was one of the best-performing assets of the last bull market, and many retail investors were able to make fortunes from small sums of money that subsequently ballooned in value.
Now, the SHIB community is competing with the DOGE community to see who is “top dog”. There have been times in the past where SHIB’s market cap has overtaken DOGE’s, but for now DOGE remains in the lead, although they are close.
One of the reasons that the SHIB community has managed to grow so effectively is thanks to the extra utility that the project has when compared with Dogecoin.
Whereas Dogecoin was released as a joke by Jackson Palmer several years ago on a Bitcoin Talk forum, Shiba Inu was released with a very clear goal in mind: to increase in value as much as possible.
To do this, various promotional techniques were used. Quirky tokenomics mean that token holders can earn a yield on their SHIB, the high number of tokens means that retail more easily succumbs to unit bias, and half the tokens were sent to Vitalik as a “burn”, which turned out to be an excellent marketing strategy – and Vitalik made billions.
Tamadoge beta sale has now raised $3.9m
Tamadoge is a play to earn gaming ecosystem that has already completed its beta sale, during which $2m was successfully raised.
The way that Tamadoge’s presale is constructed means that the price grows steadily higher over time, so the people who bought in early are rewarded the most, and those who buy in later must spend more in dollar terms for the same amount of TAMA.
In the total presale so far, $3.9m has been raised.
Next steps for Tamadoge – the P2E puppy sensation
Over the next few weeks Tamadoge’s presale will be complete. The hard capped total raise for the presale is $10m, which should provide plenty of runway for the project to fulfil the next steps of the roadmap.
Some of the most exciting parts of the roadmap include the Tamaverse, which is a custom-made metaverse where people can earn play to earn rewards in specially-designed games, as well as socialise with other members of the Tamadoge community.
Further down the roadmap, a mobile app will be developed in which your Tamadoge can be artificially imagined in reality. Simply point your phone and you can see your Tamadoge in action. The community hopes that this nexus of artificial reality and the real world will be an addition to the world of play to earn gaming, and will help to foster mass adoption.
